Whew! What a year! We're in the second month of 2017 and I have spent most of the year getting in touch with my innate desires. I've revamped my ENTIRE LIFE. New city, new business focus, new home... And new ideals. And it effects YOU! If you've been following my photography through the last 8 years you're probably just as psyched as I am about all these new, big changes that have been happening. But if you're just jumping in, it's time to get your feet wet! The Name Change
When 2017 first started, you all knew my business as [cB] Studio Photography. I've worked as [cB] Studio Photography since 2009, when I worked primarily worked with weddings and in-studio family sessions. Over the years, I've uncovered a passion for lifestyle, natural light, and in-home photography sessions - especially when we are photographing your adorable pets! Because of this, I no longer felt the name fit with my brand. My SOUL.
I LOVE photography that speaks to your natural self. Photographs that show who you TRULY are, when you feel relaxed, free to be yourself, and able to connect with those close to your heart. My art has evolved, and my goal is to capture your Real Life. Your LIFE UNLEASHED.
The Location
Again, those who have stuck around over the last years know how much I love to travel. My husband and I have spent the bulk of our marriage living all over the country - from the ghettos of DC to the glamour of NewPort Beach. From the freezing winters in Utah to the hot humidity of Texas or North Carolina. I now serve clients all over the nation. Clients with different budgets. Different needs. Different cultures. I will continue to serve all of you as best I can, regardless of your (or my!) location.
The Pricing
I get a LOT of questions about my pricing. Some of you are used to Mommy-Photogs and expect $60 sessions, while some of you are used to similar professionals with triple the asking price. You've probably learned by now that I do not conform well to others' expectation. I do what is best for my clients, regardless of what those around me are charging.
My goal from the beginning has been to provide families and like-minded entrepreneurs with affordable photography. Yes, I need to make a living. But I know what it's like to struggle financially. I know what it's like to claw your way to success. Owning a business is hard work! And I WANT to see you succeed. Whatever your budget: REACH OUT. Let me work with you to make your business a success.
