Boudoir sessions can feel intimidating. It's a very vulnerable experience, particularly if it's your first time. But here is some advice to make it easier!
Communicate with your photographer. Don't shy away from sharing your insecurities, and trust our advice on outfits. We are here for you; to ensure an amazing experience and stunning images. Knowing what is important to you helps us to cater to your preferences.
Meditate, and visualize how you feel when you knock it out of the park! Take deep breaths, and instead of focusing on your fears and insecurities, focus on feeling amazing and relaxed. If it helps (and you have a ride home) feel free to try adding a little alcohol to the experience.
Bring a favorite playlist that puts you in a sexy mood or hypes you up.
Pack your bag the night before. This ensures you have time to add those last-minute items, and eliminates stress the day-of.
Eat a light meal the day of. This ensures you are satisfied, energized, and not bloated.
Arrive early to your session. You will feel more at ease and ready to go!
Leave the extra visitors at home. Oftentimes, unless they are participating with you, having an audience only increases the level of stress and vulnerability felt.
